Do you offer express shipping?  Is there any way to speed up my order?

At the moment, we do not offer express shipping.  Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates as well.

 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We only accept order cancellations and changes to the order within an hour of order placement.

 

There's no movement on my tracking details, what do I do?

Please note that there will not be any updates while the package in in transit from the origin to destination country.  If you still do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@lanaswimwear.com.  For more information about shipping times, please view our Shipping & Delivery page.

 

My bikinis do not fit, how can I exchange or refund them?

We accept refunds and exchanges within 14 days of product delivery.  LANA SWIMWEAR does not cover the return shipping cost.  For more information, please refer to our Return Policy page.
